“I can’t even put into words how meaningful it was to have this diamond made while I was grieving so much - just to have something to look forward to, and know there was something beautiful at the end. It was a great metaphor for the grief process itself. I tell everyone about it ❤️”

Learn moreHow much ashes or furr do I need?
We only require 1/2 a cup of ashes. This small quantity can yield enough carbon for up to 5-7 diamonds.
Alternatively, we can also use a healthy handful of fur in lieu of ashes.
If you’re concerned you don’t have enough ashes, you can supplement it with some of your hair or another pet’s fur to be together with your fur baby in the diamond.
If you don’t have ashes or fur, we can use items of personal significance, such as a toy or pet bed, and we can extract the carbon from it to create a diamond.

Our highly bespoke process involves working on each pet diamond individually and providing families with a deeply personal and participatory journey.
While other companies may advertise cheaper prices, we advise proceeding with caution. Creating a memorial diamond the right way is resource-intensive, and it’s crucial to choose a company you can trust. Eterneva is the leader in memorial diamonds for a reason.

How does Eterneva differ from other companies?
Eterneva was born after our founder Adelle lost her business mentor, Tracey; she loved the idea of making a diamond, but found other companies to be transactional and lacking transparency.
So we built the company we wished existed; one that prioritizes learning about what made your pet so special, offering transparency in the process and science, and keeping you involved every step of the way. We provide a beautiful and hopeful experience, sharing pictures, videos, and updates of each milestone.
While some companies may claim to be cheaper and faster, we advise caution. This resource-intensive process takes time when done right. It’s also important to inquire where your baby’s diamond will be grown, as not all companies disclose this information.

How long does the process take?
The duration of the Diamond Journey depends on the size, cut, and color of the diamond you choose. Typically, the process can range from 8 to 12 months for most sizes and colors. Our Eterneva representatives can guide you through this process - start the conversation here.
Where will my loved ones diamond be grown?
Eterneva has growth facilities in both Texas and Europe. Since lab-grown diamond technology originated from Europe, we have some of the best scientists located over there.
We’ve since opened a Texas facility as well so our customers can come see our process in-person. The size and color diamond you choose will determine which Eterneva facility your diamond is grown at. Rest assured there will be world leading experts taking great care of your loved one and we follow strict chain of custody protocols, working on one loved one at a time.

What if I lose my Diamond?
Not to worry! We always extract extra carbon from ashes and store it securely onsite with your permission, so if ever you want to have additional Diamonds made or lose your Diamond, we can grow you another one! We encourage you to insure your Diamond so that you do not incur any additional cost for the replacement.
Is there carbon left in ashes after cremation?
Yes, there is absolutely carbon left in ashes. B&B Labs, a leading analytical chemistry lab in College Station found that cremated remains contain 1-4% carbon depending on the age of the person, their diet, and other factors.
Eterneva is the only memorial Diamond company to offer third-party ashes analysis for customers curious about their loved one's carbon makeup.
