Marianne was a remarkable person and is survived her husband of 15 years, Theodore Staberow; her children Margarette Fedak, Elizabeth Fedak, and Zachary Fedak; her grandchildren Annabelle and Jackson; her mother Virjean Brokaw (Hansen); her sisters Robin (Tom) Math and Julie (Ray) Piesciuk; her brothers Donald and Daniel (Sarah); her former spouse and good friend Frank Fedak; the father of her grandchildren Aaron Tucker; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and animal companions. She was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and excelled in her field of study. She had earned a Master's Degree of Science in the Teaching of Mathematics from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She had an illustrious career as an educator, most recently as the Director of Technology and Information Services for Villa Park School District 45. Marianne was known for opening her home to animals and people who were down on their luck. She loved to travel and enjoyed national parks and exotic destinations.
